I'm training on ice and doing street skates (LFNS) during the weekdays.

Tuesday / Friday being weather dependent and trying to work more on technique/acceleration more than anything else.

Saturday - is endurance based and weather dependent

Sunday - technique / tarting based.  Not planning on doing too much on these days* and probably mainly around HP.  I'll be doing long slow skates from 10.30 till 12 starting when I get back from sardinia and after I have a two week break.  So mid November

Hey Gav - have you got a headlamp that you can put on your helmet that you can recommend - I want to look into this.

Got it from wiggle.co.uk ... Petzl Myo 3 Xenon Halogen Head Torch
It's got a Xenon Halogen bulb which is the really bright type. You need this if you plan on going fast with it, to see far enough ahead.

Now Tanya as well. Which part of mid-week training do you not get!?? geeeees  Smile

Power G: Please let me know if you're placing an order through wiggle...I'd like to order some stuff too (and probably a similar light too) and we could save on delivery Smile

I can't be bothered to write what I'm doing every week in the training thread, so thought I could sneak it in here.... plus it does say what I'll be doing in the weekday evenings (so not 100% off topic Laughing ) plus weekends so people don't panic Smile
