I'm now registered for this race.

Koblenz is a reasonable bus journey fron Hahn Flughafen.  So I'm flying Ryanair on Friday evening staying at the airport hotel and travelling to Koblenz on the Saturday morning.

I'm told it's a fast flat race alongside the Rhine. Many of the Alzenau folks set their PBs here.

Yes, I heard from some of the Germans that were at Sadinia that this is a great course - very fast and long - so probable PBs - will most probably do this race myself.

Tis on my list of races to do this year. I do hear nice things about it. Not sure about the transport side of things. It's near Koblenz. Not sure what airports are near by or if it is short enough to drive over the weekend.

Frankfurt Hahn Ryanair Airport might be the best option for this. They have buses to Koblenz IIRC.

Seems you suggest you pay when you get your documents (on the day?) but babelfish some times doesn't get the point.

I am now #850

Would like to share travel arrangements/accommodation with someone if possible. It is driveable but I'll probably fly unless a couple of you are up for a cruise on the Autobahn. I've organised my bahn ticket for before so I'll need to stay in Koblenz.

That's what it says, pay on the day.
Are you sure you signed up correctly? The price for my entry is 45 EUR at the moment? 49 is what the runners pay...

Helen and I are flying RyanAir:

GOING OUT
From London Stansted(STN) to Frankfurt-Hahn(HHN)
Fri, 15/06/2007 Flight 764 Depart STN at 2030 and arrive HHN at 2245

COMING BACK
From Frankfurt-Hahn(HHN) to London Stansted(STN)
Sun, 17/06/2007 Flight 749 Depart HHN at 2145 and arrive STN at 2200

As for accomodation

Friday night at the airport - B&B Hotel Airport Hahn

Saturday in Koblenz - Hotel-Restaurant Lorenz VELTINS

I think there's also a reasonably priced youth hostel.

Cheers, that would be more suitable than reregistering for the inline race and then just turning up for one. However, it says Inliner in the email too so now I am just confused.
