Saw a van outside my office yesterday from these folk and wondered if anyone has any experience of them...did a search on the Bike Radar forum and found one thread but that mainly questioned why anyone would pay £20 for a tube change...understandable, but I was more interested in what their servicing was like and am still none the wiser!

You'd be amazed. I was queuing in cycle surgery the other day whilst the chap serving explained to an incredulous woman that punctures were not covered under her bike's warrantee. She simply couldn't believe, in this day and age, that a puncture could be caused by anything other than a defect in the tyres. Cost her £14 to fix it, despite being told that it's very easy to do herself. |
