Well young Sir, im afraid you now owe the team 100000000 suicides and 300000 pushups.
And they're to be completed by Saturday 14th 4pm for the session start.
Do them over in the corner so as not to disturb us. |

Yes, That was a very good session. I loved the differenciation you make betweent 'skill' and 'technique'.
I'll keep focusing in using my heels as it's my biggesst problem at the moment |

Mucho thanks Naomi! The six wheeled skating was the highlight for me, and what a great way to ensure that we stay on our heels.
Like Marty, I'm sticking with my rocker...
On a separate note, I'm now getting into slalom again, albeit concentrating on the speed related moves (Russian Volte, Stroll, Speed Slalom-though that one doesn't count) |
