| Well that was fun and it felt good to be doing something active, notwithstanding the puncture fairy (who inflicted two incidents on my front tyre) and the chilly wind...it also took an age to clean all the grit and stuff off my bike...t'was Ed, Tanya Glenn and me in the end...maybe do something later in the week if the weather plays ball?? |

Yes, it turned out to be a trip to Richmond Park and back, which was most enjoyable.
I might try and get out there more often as it's great hill training. Shame about the surfaces being questionable, so good tyres and some spare inner tubes are probably a good idea. |
