thanks for arranging this Greazer!
can u tell us the best way to get there - nearest airport/train station - i would like to book ahead a little if possible - i just spent £350 buying eurostar tickets for 2 people for Le Mans (unfortunately had to leave it quite late for various reasons) |
IMO the best way would be if the 4 of you (George, Garan, Rick and Dave) could rent a van and take the ferry since you will need to take camping (and a lot of other...) stuff just like for Le Mans. There are other options but they will probably be more expensive and more complicated. Please feel free to share your thoughts about it here!
Racedays look like this:
Friday 3 september
09.00 - FlevOnice open
12.00 - Catering open
12.00 - Registration open
12.30 - Track open for warming-up
14.30 - Welcome and briefing
15.00 - Start Raps24KiKa
17.00 - Diner buffet open (extra cost and pre-register only)
23.00 - End of "dweilorkesten" (Dutch ice-skating music, in case you were wondering)
24.00 - End of music on track
Saturday 4 september
07.00 - Breakfast buffet (extra cost and pre-register only)
10.00 - Start music on track
15.00 - Finish Raps24KiKa
15.30 - Award ceremony
15.45 - Lotery and auction
Cheers,
Andy. |

| it's about 5-6 hours the other side plus stops which should get us to site around 7-8pm. |
I make it about 3hrs 45 and 394km or 240 miles.
Looks like i'll be driving there in my van.
I'm heading down London way on the Thursday and can take most of your stuff in it, which means you can get a smaller car.
Looking at getting the Euro Tunnel either Thursday afternoon or early Friday morning. |

Can your van take the four of us or do we need to organise a small car for the three of us? |
