I went there yesterday for the first time to practice my up hill technique.
The lower track (1.15km) is very nice for skating but there is a fast hill you need to get down to get there. Skating up the hills was hard and slow for me.
(That's why I need to improve my up hill technique!)
There were loads of Long boarders racing down this hill when I was there yesterday. |

Thanks for the review Johnny.
Do you need to pay to use it? I'm not sure how accessible it is for me compared to Richmond Park, but it does sound interesting! |

Been there once, for a FISS race.
I think you need to pay GBP10 to use it, if I am not wrong, on a bike.

By the way,Naomi's downhill skating session is here as well. |

I paid £1.90 to use the track on Sunday.
My wife and kids were at the 2012 Olympic festival next door so I skated instead.
I got there at 3pm and there were only 4 cyclists and 8 long boarders there.
Yes, I met some of Naomi's long boarder friends on Sunday. |
