EdP and I skated there this morning and we can confirm that the roughest section (that started on the southeast corner of the Park and went half-way up to the north-east corner) has been resurfaced and is very smooth. A small section by the northeastern corner has also been resurfaced.
This makes a good difference to skating the big lap at Regents Park.
The roughest sections now are the north side by the Zoo entrance.
Happy skating!!

| +1 With the old rough section smoothed out it now feels like the better workout than HP. |
