Ghiz had a massive cramp in the calf and foot and had to stop. Hans also had a cramp but soldiered on bless him.
I had the strangest race of my life, around 29,750km in glorious solitude after pulling to the front at the start line. A bit like Lille but sans Tanya . So now I've got 2 more bits of bling in my collection (1 for scratch and 1 for vets) and a brand new pair of Rollerblade Speedmachines . If they ever arrive in the post that is! |

Alan, mine was the mere mortals race! The superhumans races were later on.
No didn't rain, was really nice, warm and sunny. Made a change from last year! |
