| The 24 hour forecast doesn't look too great... showers to continue tomorrow morning, same as today, but hopefully not as heavy. Still going ahead if the paths are damp (but it's not actually raining)? |

No worries

How much is a bit earlier? Maybe we'll (Tanya and I) arrive in time and have a reason to stop in time too
Hoping to arrive between 9.15am and 9.30am - would that do? Oh, and of course assuming you'd come by car and that we could put stuff in it? |

sure, I was aiming for 9am but 9:15 is probably the right time
And yes I am driving so you can use my car to put stuff away. |

The minority of us (Pamela, Fred, Tanya and I) felt that with the slightly earlier start, the main uphill of the inner loop was too slippy for any benefit, so opted to do L-shaped repeats of half of the inner loop.
I'm unsure how many we did, but it was a good workout. Thanks for the cadence tips / reminders - as I said, my feet didn't want to stay on the ground for too long |

Yeah, that was a good session, and it felt a touch easier than last week, so this last-minute cramming must be doing me some good at least!
Same again next Saturday? |

| Thanks all for the first training session in a while, the investigation of knees was good, (as in didn't hurt for the few laps I did.) |
