Jon I think I may have spotted you on the LFNS, judging by the picture in your avatar. In any case we usually meet at the Golf club carpark near Roehampton gate (where all the cyclists congregate). |

@Van - Yes, I've been on a couple of Wednesday and Friday skates this year, and a number over the years when visiting London. But it's time for something faster now

| Can'r speak for Ed, but my plan is 1:30-2h of the small loop (last week we did seven laps), attacking on the uphill and coasting a bit on the downhill. I'm doing Lan-Lan's ride aftewards - I think Howard and Lan-Lan may both be doing both too |

Cheers Dan - did you have a rest between any of the laps?
I'm cycling up (with Tanya) and up for a nice recovery ride afterwards, so happy to go in convoy for the latter.
Oh, and if it rains, I will be very fair-weather about the morning skate and will do some off-skate stuff. |

We did indeed have a short break between laps (about 3-4 minutes) and I'll be doing the same thing again. We took the break at the top of the hill where we stashed drinks & bags.
In theory I should have a few people from my team who have never done Le Mans before, so I'll take the first lap easy to show them the loop. |

| Going to make a bit more of an effort to get there on time this week too, and get at least a few laps in where we don't spend entire stretches stuck in traffic |

| Last time we chained them to a tree at the top of the hill in some long grass. It felt very empty and secure. |
