Kay is leading a ride around Romney Marsh on Sunday, and any one fancying a good days cycling is welcome. The morning will be flat (and fairly fast), but there will be a few hills later in the day.
The spec is 9:40 train to Ashford from St Pancras, then cycle down to Romney Marsh, and across the marsh to Dungeness for lunch. In the afternoon we have another hour on the flat lands before we climb onto the North Downs for a final couple of hours in more rolling terrain.
We will probably do about 120km, if things go to plan. |
