Nothing to debate about cleat position save for noting that's it's very personal and very important to get it right |
True...the Bike Whisperer does have a technique for this, though as well as depending on your foot shape, it will also depend on the type of cycling you're looking to do. |

In Peter's case, I'm guessing because he happened to have them around already. But that's merely a hunch
In general: Look Keo design is patented, Delta isn't (or, the patent expired). In theory this means more third-party choice for Delta stuff, but since Look themselves aren't making Delta pedals any more I'm not sure if that works in practice. I couldn't get cleat covers anywhere outside ebay, last time I looked |

From the obvious-in-retrospect department: when setting up new cleats or experimenting with position, do them up tightly even if you think the position may not be exactly right. Otherwise unclipping is sadly impossible, don't ask me how I know  |

| I'm quite tempted to try out Bebops at some point. I like the idea of a low stack height, 20 degree float and walkable MTB cleats. All this whilst not being Speedplays who seem a little too litigation trigger happy for my taste. |

There speaks a man that, knows me well.
Howard, most of my cycling stuff is rather old. |
