Once again I have managed to get Sebastian to come over and do a one of his workshops in London. For those who don’t know him, Sebastian is the guy who runs the Sardinia skating camps that so many of us attend every year, he is an excellent teacher, and his workshops are in huge demand all over Europe. The workshop curriculum be along the lines of the Classic workshop on Sebby’s website (see here).
Size of the class will be capped at 25 people and program will be along the lines of:
Friday evening
6pm - 7:30pm Introductions, theory on proper Skate technique + discussion
Saturday
9:30am - 1:30pm Technique: Dry land exercises, regular push, heel carve, recovery, foot set down, first video review
1:30pm – 2:45pm Lunch (bring your own)
2:45pm – 5pm Technique correction based on video review
Sunday
9:30am - 12:30pm Technique: Continuation from day 1 and second video review
12:30pm – 4pm Lunch (bring your own) + discussion of video analysis
Sebastian will be providing everyone with a CD_ROM of the video analysis on the Sunday when the course finishes as well as some other unspecified goodies.
Dates: 25-27 May.
Cost: £120 pay to me (PM for details and registration).
Maximum number of Participants = 25
Sign up will be on a first come first served basis, please let me know by PM if you are coming and I will send you details of where to make the deposit/payment…

Boo hiss boo...my sister is getting married that weekend.
*wonders if she'll mind if I miss the big day to see Sebby*
I'll have to give it a miss (Sardinia Lite), but would like to drop by to say "hi" at some point over the weekend. |

This may become a theme, it's a Bankholiday that weekend and I too am going away. Pity. |

For the avoidance of ambiguity:
- SWF race is the 20th.
- Preston is the 3rd
- The 27th is a Bank Holiday, also according to google calandar it's "Inline in Colonia" and a FIC race
There's a reasonable chance I'm up for this on the 27th, seeing as it's not Tatem after all. 3rd is less likely |

I'm probably not going to Inline in Colonia, as its only a team time trial on sat. (which I won't be part of), and then a 12km race on sunday.
YIPPEEE!! That means I can make it! |
