Toby and I will be training at HP from 0930 at the beach. Similar to George's last week with a 5 minute warm up and then 50 mins at a constant pace (60-75% of my max heart rate to develop basic endurance and aerobic capacity) then possibly some technique work afterwards.
Anyone want to join us?

| If the weather is good, will be at HP, but at this stage more likely to do 30 mins of drills and 30 mins of skating (slowly). |

hey Ed, good to see that your Le Mans Duo training regime is kicking off in earnest!! Finally somebody else is getting into long-distance again, there was nobody this year and the year before!!
I will be at Hyde Park on Sat morning too - so see you there.
I will do very similar actually (60-70%) except for some 1min intervals thrown in from time to time. You boys were too fast for me last time so I will need to lower the pace a little bit to stay within my target range  |

Yes, agreed, think we were skating a little too fast last week for this time of year. May join you and do the drills after or another time.
