Glenn and I will train for just under an hour on Sat morning 9.30 meeting at the beach. We will do a constant pace for 45min plus warm-up & warm-down.
Feel free to join us.

| Can't do this week but would be interested in this in future weeks. Generally, in fact, I am interested in training sessions in Hyde Park, as they're close to home now. |

That was a really brilliant session, cool air, bright sun and a great pace. I was grinning ear to ear with endorphins when we finished.
Cheers all!
I'll stick around for drills next week (if there is a next week) - I'll keep myself free for longer in the morning. |
