Just trying to get my training plan in order - is there an indoor session this Saturday?
If there isn't my plan B is the beach on the Serpentine Road at 1000 (Winter Wonderland is now closed).

Thanks Ed P, is it now possible to skate the full length of the Serp or are they still cleaning it up, I haven't cycled past for ages.

I'm not sure, as it happens, but it looks like we're indoors anyway - I'll check on Sunday.
I'll be bringing the young lady along. |

| I have an eye test that morning that I'm probably going to stick with rather than try and postpone. Sounds like it will be a great session, so gutted that I'll miss it. |

Thanks Fred,
I really enjoyed it. A really well run session.
A little tired afterwards though, as like quite a few people, haven' been on skates for ages.
Thanks again,

Nice one, that's left me feeling proper achy, and real slow up the last few hills on the way home.
I just wanted to add how impressed I am with both Ed! and Fred's coaching. It's very good chaps, well done! |

| That was ace - I've just been doing crossovers with no real thought to my technique for about a decade. |
