Anyone up for the 18:15 spinning session tonight at the Porchester Centre? (Or elsewhere...)
I know the 'serious' skaters are off on ice, and it's late notice, but let me know...

the not so serious skaters are also at ice tonight 
Ray is the usual instructor on a wednesday - he wears very tight shorts that are a little bit too short! and plays a lot of Britney spears, sissor sisters and other cheesy tunes.
Pretty good instructor and gives a total body work out. be warned that at the moment spin is pretty busy and the chances of getting a bike if you aren't there by 6 are greatly reducing each week.
Tue/Wed are the worst - then friday, monday, sunday, in that order.
Misha might be there she went last night and said she would be back on a wednesday (i think) |

Your dire warning got me in the door by 18:10. 
A few bikes left in that session, but 'twas probably an aberration...
The instructor was a smallish* chap with thin-rimmed or rimless glasses, plus the short shorts you mentioned. Would that make it Ray, then?
* i.e. not overly muscled in the traditional gym-trainer stylee
Who's Misha? Is that an instructor, or someone that I don't realise I know?

sounds like the guy. Misha is a marshal, think you would recognise her if she was there.
