lol.
that was the most unpleasant spinning session Ive ever done.
Stevie B was at the front, with music blaring, and going 'yeah, lets go! comon! having a good time??' but not on his bike. prancing around, like its a step aerobics class for the motivationally challenged, that also like to go clubbing.
I drew the line at the upper body excercises when I felt I really should be putting my legs through a lot more pain instead. not that I could actually do the upper body excercises anyway.
it was basically like a keep-fit class, but we all happened to have a circular leg worker beneath us. my *actual* idea of hell...
but he only does the one session a week. so I think all others are safe. Poor Tanya had to put up with me whining incessently for the 30 mins post session... |

| yeah but then you're not a moany bint like me. you should try it out. when you whine, you can see people visibly deflate infront of you. its very rewarding. |
