For those of you not at tatem - conditions permitting - I'll be out on the Serp at 0930 on Sunday with Toby (meet at the beach) if anyone is interested.
Despite being shortened to about 600m this is still probably the best place to train if the ground is wet (which seems likely).
It also means I won't have to pedal myself into a sweat in my own living room 2 days in a row.

I can't say that I blame you after last weekend. If it helps Sunday is forecast to be a sweltering 4C. That's 6C warmer than last time.
Training is going well - haven't missed any sessions yet. I think that my body is finally adapting to the weight and plyo sessions as the soreness seems less and less each time. |
