I realise that there will be probably a Tatem session on Sunday morning (and was planning to attend it, but someone has kindly offered me to film my technique at 10.30am in HP so need to take advantage of that!). So am posting this just in case someone can only make it to Hyde Park.
Will train at 9.30am- will be doing 2x20min with some regular short intervals thrown in (plus warm-up/warm-down) and then some technique drills. |

Sorry about spoiling Tatem, I would have happily filmed another time/place.
p.s. Ed's right about waxing. Hairy legs in lycra = *hurl*.  |
