So tonight's session is off.
Make the most of your time and do some off skate, or gym. |
Thanks for the weather call Adrian. I think I will try do some core exercise tonight to work on the back issues endured on Sunday. |
Or for those who did Goodwood on Sunday, you can take the night off and have a well earned rest ! |
Woo hoo - pub and (more) burgers! |
Since when did rest = pub & burgers ? |
Sorry, I was looking at my old training guide...right next to good nutrition = KFC |

| Would potentially be up for this - otherwise I'll marshal. I've got the kit for both under my desk. |

I'd definitely like to do Hyde Park before the skate.
And Glenn - you could become a marshal. It's a pretty awesome workout. You'd most likely just need to shadow someone (me or Barrie) for a night. |

| Hmmm I'd forgotten about the street skate, I've not done any for ages... but probably don't want to be out that late today. |
