I tried training in Hyde Park today and was in loads of pain - I have no idea how I managed to be pain-free at Goodwood yesterday - miracle? - Sparky were those really pain-killers or were there something else.
anyways, so i need to get on the bike at the gym instead and then sort this injury out again in time for RAPS24.
I would like to come to Tatem more often - it's real great to be part of a team  |
