Hey Adrian, I am not sure if Fred is around, but if not a training plan would be useful, appreciate that's short notice, so we could go with past similiar sessions if you don't get this request in time.

| Great session guys. Thanks to G n H for the sprint advice. The higher speed into the corners made the cross overs feel more effective; double win! |
