Below is a list of dates for which the club will run training sessions at Tatem Park for the month of July and August 2011. I thought I'd give you all the dates so that you can get organize and plan ahead.

This is open to club members, if you are not a member you are welcome to join for a couple of session to try.

3rd of July [Unofficial session - no coaches] Dry Track
10th of July [Official session] Dry Track
17th of July [Official session] Dry Track
24th of July [Unofficial session - no coaches]
31st of July No training session
7th of August
14th of August (Goodwood Roller Marathon weekend)
21st of August (possible FISS race)
28th of August

Spring/Summer training is very important, for that reason we will not cancel training unless we face extreme weather conditions, so always assume training is on. Tatem park has the advantage of being quite grippy in the wet. To help plan the sessions, it will be helpful if you could let us know whether or not you are attending during the week leading up to the session.

The session will start at 10 am sharp, so please make sure you arrive on time so that the session can start without delay.

Fred will be updating the post every sunday morning at 8:15 in case of a last minute cancellation, if you don't hear anything the session is on !

Ed, could we take 10 - 15 mins after the session to do a couple of timed videos (200, 300, and 500m)?
