Below is a list of dates for which the club will run training sessions at Tatem Park for the month of Marh and April 2011. I thought I'd give you all the dates so that you can get organize and plan ahead.

This is open to club members, if you are not a member you are welcome to join for a couple of session to try.

For the upcoming two months focus will be on endurance training and pack skating ability, the aim is to improve as well as building the foundation of your fitness for the coming season as we gradually move onto faster skating.

6th of March [On Skate session] Dry Track
13th of March [On Skate session]
20th of March [On Skate session]
27th of March [On Skate session]
3rd of April [On Skate session] Dry Track
10th of April Session in Tatem as the race was cancelled
17th of April
24th of April

Winter/spring training is very important, for that reason we will not cancel training unless we face extreme weather conditions, so always assume training is on. Tatem park has the advantage of being quite grippy in the wet. To help plan the sessions, it will be helpful if you could let us know whether or not you are attending during the week leading up to the session.

The session will start at 10 am sharp, so please make sure you arrive on time so that the session can start without delay.
