Yeah...I've just seen it and nearly cried.
It does not look good at all. Fred / Adrian, your thoughts?
I'm definitely not skating in the rain given the cough and cold I have. |

You probably ought not to be skating/cycling at all with a cough/cold regardless of the rain. Rest is what makes you stronger. And chicken. |

Just had a long chat with Fred, and given the quality of session we are looking to achieve, rain is not good for this.
So today's Le Mans session is OFF.
Please make alternative arrangements for your training today, and we'll see you at our next session on Tuesday.
PS - it's just started raining here......
Ed! - please can you edit the main post at the start of this thread to confirm the cancellation. Thanks |

| Sorry guys, but like Adrian mentioned the amount of rain coming is really not going to allow for the quality we need for relays. |

Rest and chicken (oven baked and home cooked) here I come!
Thanks for your weather prompting Mike, and to Fred / Adrian for the advance call.
It's such a shame |

Don't forget tomorrow is the North London club race day so no LSST training, although it would be great to see many of you there - either skating or cheering on those that do |

Just to let everyone know, Sundays session at Tatem (3rd July) will be unofficial as our coaches aren't available.
You are still free to go over and do your own thing. |

I'll still go along - is anyone else up for the same?
Adrian - any chance of a rough session plan? |

| if nobody else does go along, rather than go alone I'm going to do an off skate session, exercise bike and then marshal. |
