Below is a list of dates for which the club will run training sessions at Tatem Park for the month of May and June 2011. I thought I'd give you all the dates so that you can get organize and plan ahead.

This is open to club members, if you are not a member you are welcome to join for a couple of session to try.

For the upcoming two months focus will be on endurance training and pack skating ability, the aim is to improve as well as building the foundation of your fitness for the coming season as we gradually move onto faster skating.

1st of May [On Skate session] Dry Track
8th of May [On Skate session] Dry Track
15th of May [NO Session - GB Squad session @ Tatem]
22nd of May [NO Session - London Inline Marathon @ Hillingdon]
29th of May
5th of June
12th of June
19th of June [NO Session - North London (Adrian's club) Club Race @ Tatem - would be nice to see members either participate or support the event]
26th of June [NO Session - Le Mans @ er...Le Mans]

Spring/Summer training is very important, for that reason we will not cancel training unless we face extreme weather conditions, so always assume training is on. Tatem park has the advantage of being quite grippy in the wet. To help plan the sessions, it will be helpful if you could let us know whether or not you are attending during the week leading up to the session.

The session will start at 10 am sharp, so please make sure you arrive on time so that the session can start without delay.

Fred will be updating the post every sunday morning at 8:15 in case of a last minute cancellation, if you don't hear anything the session is on !

I will also delete the previous week post to accomodate mobile phone users avoiding the thread to go over 1 or 2 pages

Please note that there will be NO Tatem session, this Sunday (15th of May) due to GB squad training.

There is no alternative session currently planned, but feel free to share any plans that you might make (e.g. Richmond).[/u]

Unfortunately, it looks like there is a very strong possibility that I'm not going to be able to get to tomorrow's session Sad

Hopefully, Fred will be on hand to coach.

Is anyone else going over to Tatem ?
