Oh bit off topic but did you get the email about the Joey Mantia workshop at the Berlin Vital expo? |

Thank you Adrian - an early weather call would be useful - I've already my alternative plan in place...a long overdue haircut (need to shed the weight any way I can)!

When you start behind me at the beginning of a race start 
And yep - I don't fly into Berlin until Sat morning so don't think I'll be in any condition to attend a workshop, unless it's to exchange nutrition notes, which we seem to have a lot in common |

Good session, my back is definately complaining.. 
sad it marks the end of our summer training season.. 
i'm looking fwd to getting into winter training and pushing the technique for better performances next year
yay! |
