Thanks Adrian for another great session. Your personal feedback and the constant focus on the basics is really helping and it's great to see everybody improving.

Those brownies were awesome.
Does anyone else also prefer 9am to 10am. Perhaps it is just me? Leaves more of the rest of the day free... |

It didn't like the state of the track at 9 and it is likely to get worse for the next 2 60ish days as the nights are longer but then again how often do I actually go????? I think I broke my record this year. 3 or 4 training sessions plus todays twat about on quads and one race meeting at Tatem.
9am certainly gets me up early but it does preclude me from having a good night the day before. |
