After the results of the video review, on Saturday Toby and I are getting ourselves down to Tatem for a long, slow 2 hour skate.
Skating continuously throughout at about 60% Max HR, we'll divide the 2 hours into 30 minute blocks, each one focusing on a different element of our individual technique that we are unhappy with, and the last 30 minutes bringing it all together.
We start at 1100 if anyone wants to join. |

I'm trying to kick off the indoor sessions again, but it looks unlikely that I'll secure anything for this weekend.
I've got a luncheon that afternoon, but might try make it down for part of it or go for a bike ride. |

i am trying to get a better train/no-train balance, so I will be going on a date instead
enjoy the session though, sounds like a great idea! |

I spoke too soon. I've managed to get this booked - apologies for the clash...of course, you're more than welcome to come along to this, but it will be technique drills as opposed to anything endurance based. |
