That was a good session out there on Sunday. Great weather for it... You wouldn't have believed what the morning was like if you had only woken up at 12 Smile

Adrian, the track was really fast as well. We were clocking 26s for the 20min without pushing much harder at all than last weekend.

I'm glad it was a quality session.

As it's Mother's Day this coming Sunday, I'm away in Southend with the family. I will be skating the Southend Sea Front on Sunday morning at around 8.30am if anyone's interested (it's 5 miles from end to end and a good surface - I usually do a 10 mile skate).

I would like to change the format for the Tatem sessions this weekend, as we're now going into March. Gav - give me a call when you can and I'll take you through it, assuming you're up for running the session again.
