It's going to be cold tomorrow - wrap up warm !
See you at 10am.....unless the weather looks iffy, so I'll post up something around 8am in the morning to confirm. |

Local weather for Tatem is dry, sunny but .....-5 between 9am and Midday according to the Met Weather website.
This will be the coldest session on inlines I can remember, and colder than when I've skated the frozen fens in Cambridgeshire. Brrrr ! |

I don't know how you guys coped with -5 degrees. I trained in Victoria Park (east London) around 9am and I am amazed that I survived!! |

That was great. Gees is was cold; and my back hurt for most of that but no pain, no gain, right?!
....and forget what I said about my cycle home being downhill!!! Or maybe it just felt like an uphill struggle!
Thanks |

Soft southern jessie?
Training/cycling is easy enough - you're moving to keep warm. It's much harder spending the whole weekend whilst teaching and not generating nearly as much heat. |

That was a very helpful session for me and I've missed that skating in sync thing that you feel in a line.
After half an hour my legs were burning more than the dual at Goodwood, that's got to be good no? |

Sorry I couldn't make it (unfortunately, had to work).
Glad you had a great session. See you at the next one. Though hope it's not as cold.
