It's the FISS AGM on Sunday, so I'll be unable to get along to training.
Fred will be taking the session.
I am still able to give a weather call around 8am if it looks bad. |

For the session on this Sunday will there likely be a 20-30 min as part of the programme. When I came to Tatem a couple of weeks ago we did something like a 25min stretch as the last part of the session. Is that a regular feature of the programme, or does it only happen sometimes?
Thanks in advance |

| I think it is every week during the winter - though I'll be extending it to an hour again with the last part at a 60-75% heart rate. |

Change of plan - I will be there, weather permitting. |

It's not raining but it is wet on the ground at the moment. |

The last radar prediction on the BBC says we'll just about get away with it - the met office isn't so sure, but the BBC was updated more recently.
I'm up for it, if we get some spitting rain, then we get some spitting rain - you can't control the weather on race day |

| You can largely ignore the BBC rain radar, it seems very unreliable to me. The MetOffice one is good, but the meteogroup.de one (WeatherPro iPhone app) is awesome, although you'll need to pay from premium content. It's brill, you get new images every 15 minutes, and it'll show whether it's rain/snow/sleet/etc. |
