Hey Will,
I would not recomend it unless you have been cleared by your gp to restart training or physical activity.
I find it better to be recovered before restarting, injuries tend to make people act differently as they don't want to fall again.
That said come tomorrow and you can do some off skate exercise I can show you ! |
