| Yes. Gav, Ed!, Fred, (and I would guess Glenn)... will be there and I would hope that Riz and Hans can make it. Last check they had no excuse not to. |

Yep, I've decided that as you once again look like you enjoy skating and have got the ed! acceleration back ... you have no excuses!

I should be there at 10am.
This will be the last session before Christmas that I'll be running, and I'll be changing the format next year. It's the last time our focus will be fully on technique (next year we'll start more fitness based sessions with less technique).
The weather looks good for once, so I hope to see you all on Sunday ! |
