Although I've been to 2 or 3 training sessions post op/injury, that's the first one I've joined in with everyone for months and months. Very enjoyable but came home and fell asleep!!!  |

| Like the week before this session was enormously useful. Thanks to Adrian and Fred for continually telling me to get lower - I'll get there by the time the winter is out! |
