Ok, so I've still got a long way to go on the fitness front
I used to be able to do a 5k run at lunch time and train in the evening. Did my first 5k since Feb last night and gees were my legs feeling it tonight (hence the early departure)
That looked like a fun session Hans |

Stuck at work until too late. Not having much luck getting to Tuesdays the past few weeks.
Any chance of a summary of the `Berlin prep' training in case I manage to fit in a session this week and can practice some of it? |

Yeah it was, I needed some fun after a hectic 24hrs, hence why I didn't push myself to go to grp 1.
Not done enough skating few the last few weeks though, so can feel it a bit in my quads this morning anyway. |

| Great session last night; I thought it was at the right level where everybody got a work out and there was something for everyone to learn. |

To be honest, it may be a difficult session to pick up on your own. It mainly covered coping with pack tactics, so how to jump on the back of a pack coming past quickly, how to get into a pack, and changes of pace within packs.
I'm sure similar themes will be used in the sessions running up to Berlin, so don't worry about missing this week |

| Just used that breaking into a paceline drill we did at the end to get to the front of the queue for the escalators at Marble Arch. Highly recommended. |
