I've put another couple of kgs on while in Italy, so that should be fairly simple.
Only thing is, there'll probably be a lot of competition for the spots just behind me... |

Thanks to everyone for coming and being patient. I think that everyone worked well together, which was reflected with both groups sticking together for the majority of each exercise.
I would have liked to have given each of you a bit of individual feedback on your skating, but unfortunately I didn't really have much bandwidth to do so.
Oh, and welcome to BigSteev, Shona and Kinga - hopefully we'll see more of you in future.
@Steev, let me know how you get on with your boots. |
