Hopefully training it up.
Though my neck is a bit hurty since yesterday, so I might have to whimp out if it doesn't improve. |

Yes, I've got a niggly little injury too, Achilles tendon area. I took a whole week off (torture in summer), went for an hour in Hyde Park, now it's twinging again.
Tatem's curves and slopes put extra pressure and tension everywhere, especially if Hans the Merciless is anywhere near, so I'm going to give training a miss until the twinges go. Boo hoo.
Looks like Goodwood's a goner too. Boo hoo hoo.
Good luck all, hopefully see you quite soon, twinge-free. |

I just slept on it funny I think, but it's taken a few days to sort itself out... much better today though so I think it'll be OK now. |

I should be there.
Are we aiming for the same 18.30 start as last week? |

| I'll be there and training it up, so legs should be fresh for a change. |
