The Cycle Show - 14th-16th October, 2005
This year's Cycle Show is set to be even better than ever as it moves to ExceL, London in October. The bigger venue means even more space for the best brands, previews of the latest bikes, clothing and accessories, and fantastic interactive features.
Almost 200 brands are exhibiting at the show including Adidas, Answer, Chris King, Cove, Crank Bros, Crud, Decathlon, DMR, Fuji, Gary Fisher, Haro, Hope, Kinesis, Klein, Koga, Manitou, MET, Moots, Race Face, Rocky Mountain, Schwinn, SCOTT, Shox, Specialized, Sram, Surley and Salsa, Titus, and Yeti, and with small specialist builders and designers there to demonstrate their wares, the Cycle Show is an essential day out for every kind of cyclist.
For a full list of exhibitors visit www.cycleshow.co.uk
There are also some fantastic interactive feature areas at Cycle 2005 giving visitors a total cycle experience. You can watch the world's best trials riders compete for £3,000 in the Onza International Trials Competition. The best riders including Ben Slinger, Danny Comas, Danny Butler and the Coustellier brothers will be participating.
See all the latest clothing and footwear from the likes of Nike, Sugoi and Troy Lee in the all action fashion show and take a break at the Procycling cinema, where the best cycling footage ever captured on camera will be shown. You can also sample a few energy drinks while catching some of the latest action from Cycling TV in the Science in Sport Café.
And why not cycle to the show? Shimano are providing a secure bike park where you can leave your bike free of charge. And while you browse, your bike will get a free check-up by the Shimano technical team.
You'll also be pleased to hear that you can meet the Bikemagic team at the show, who will be on stand M38. If you test ride one of the bikes on the central feature - The Transport For London City test Track, then write a review on the Bikemagic website at the show, you'll go into the draw for a chance to win a top of the range bike!
