| I'll probably go for a skate in Hyde Park tonight in lieu of LFNS RC, if it's dry. I'm going to, vainly no doubt, try and string together a decent stride and carve and all that. I'll probably not be working at full pace but rather trying to be efficient and correct ... but at the same time keep it up for an hour or so. Maybe a couple of intervals since George has convinced me of the benefits thereof, but not my main focus. Laps of the Serp and up to Speakers Corner and back probably. |

This was slightly short notice for me but I'm up for these sort of sessions in principle.
From March 26th onwards I'm probably going to buy my own Roman chair for back strengthening work and quit the gym in favour of a weekly or twice weekly 1 hour HP session. |
