Remember everyone... 6 weeks before an event is the ideal time to start gearing up for it. If you leave it any longer, and promise yourself 'next week, next week' it's soon going to be too late!
Ideally you need to intensify the training over the next 6 weeks, doing slightly more and more per week, and finish off with the last week of resting and recovering getting ready for the race itself. THAT MEAN'S NOW!  |
