Please could anyone who is intending to race at the British Indoor Championships post a reply to this message, as I'd like to guage how many of you are interested in looking at some training which would be more specific to this event.
I remember last years 300m British Championship, where no one (except Matt) said they would be entering the event, and a few of you changed your minds and entered. We could have done something to prepare for this, If I'd have known.
So please consider your response. I'd also be intersted to know if you aren't intending to do the indoor championships.
