So much for the weather forecast, then.
I'm torn between Tatem and the LFNS routecheck. I know, Tatem is what I should be doing ... |

| Come to Tatem Dan, we can do some 3km intervals together. We'll help each other get much better quality of training because we'll be pushing each other's limits. |

As long as you stay out of the way
Weather does look iffy later, but my skates are still dirty from the weekend so I might go skate even if it's not that great. |

Mine were still spinning fine. I had to chisel the dirt off them though. Did a bit of tuning up and some more epoxy now they are ready for more punishment. |

Feeling tired and achy...
Need generate some feel good hormones...
Come to wonderful Tatem, where the track is always welcoming
Mike will nearly run you over while doing a 3km interval that is different from everyone else
See you there if it all goes well
Need to change my medication.... |

| Well that's called off then, unless you want to skate in the rain. Showers everywhere, I must have ridden through 4 or 5 on my way to the park just now. More to come on the radar and forecast. |
