| I intend to take a week off from skate politics and do some actual skating instead. If anyone is planning anything in the next five days or so that's not related to the LFNS, more information would be very welcome. |

LFNS route check on Tues, just for the exercise. Spinning on Fri early eve? Then some light tarting (rollerdisco or 2nd half of the LFNS). Sat some technique work, maybe some hills in Richmond (you'll be glad of it when you get to Sardinia), followed by LS-Mike's long slow skate. Sun some more technique then get back to the boring stuff |

| Mike's long slow Sat at 3, I'm happy to do something on Sunday morning. Dan, are you well enough to train? |

Did someone mention Richmond? If it's dry (and it has to be pretty dry even the day before for Richmond), I'll defn make it there.
Otherwise I am happy for a Sat. or Sun. morning session at HP. The other morning I might do a track session at Tatem.
Could do spinning on Friday as well. |

Richmond ? Did I read Richmond park ? If there are other slow skaters around or if the fast ones want to push me (yes I mean push) and it doesn't rain, I will try to make it |

| Richmond sounds good. Can do early Saturday or Sunday. Can't manage the afternoons. If your coming Olivier, I'll bring your jacket. |

I'd prefer Sunday for Richmond, can do any time. Olivier, we'll alternate pushing each-other (as long as you don't push me down any hills ) |

Sounds like a good plan to me. And Saturday forecasts are "warm" (12C) [at least for now]... fingers crossed... |

I wish I could come too, as I am afraid of downhills this would be a good therapy for me...
But, same problem as always: the way is just a bit too long: F*** |

You're not allowed to quote forecasts that far in advance! The chances are it'll be nothing like that at all. Forecasts 6-12 hours beforehand will have a more reasonable chance of being right. |

That much ??? On my 7 years in the UK the most useful thing I've learned is to check the weather in the Morning and go from there |
