Tuesday - Tatem

Then off to France for 2 weeks skating on the Voie Verte des hautes Vosges (and a bit of gourmet eating ,and lying in in the mornings and reading trashy books - all good prepation for september's marathons)

I will be at Tatem this evening. I am on course all week finishing at 4:30, so I will be up there early (about 6) and do some plyos, more skating, etc before others arrive.

That also means I will prob leave fairly promptly at 8.

Hope Tatem was fun. Meant to go, then hit badly by traffic
(the recurring theme for the day it seems). Anyway, there's always next week (looks like it's gonna be very wet for the rest of the week now).

Training was great... we did some longer intervals, and then the others did relay intervals. I got there early (ah its a tough life finishing at 4:30) so I had done plyos before the others got there, and my legs could barely support me Smile  Am having difficulty going down stairs today!

Highlight of training was racing the guy with the mini motorcycle and kicking his *ss Smile
