tomorrow looks sunny!!

i will be training in Hyde Park in the evening on thursday.
will do some very short intervals and then 30 min of EASY, gentle skating.
This is part of my tapering prior to Cologne.

Aiming to start at 6PM at the beach.  Feel free if you want to join me!!
