Hoping to come along for skate and route check. Might be a bit late for the former (may only make half of it), but should mean I'm early for the latter
Providing "traffic" isn't bad, presumably it will be a loop of SR Triangle Car Park to Speakers Corner? |

| Sounds good to me - I might be keen to skip the breaks though to give my back a bit more of a workout. |

How busy was it? |
It was fine. |

Now you are going to make me look like a wimp. Thanks!
Dude, the purpose of INTERVAL training is to do INTERVALS at higher intensity levels, not one long stretch of less intensity - that's called ENDURANCE training.
I expect to be pretty wrecked by the end of the fourth interval.
Looking fwd to it though. |

| George was there working hard even when I left work. Ed, if you want an especially good skate specific core workout, do armswing during the intervals. |

Likewise - cut my session short to catch up with Khorram (any excuse not to train!).
You're definitely looking strong George, and as I've always said, your mental determination amazes me. You're on par with Glenn and Blake with people most able to skate laps of SR without dying of boredom! |

| George is my all time training hero - he's out there so often, even when it's grim, and always with a big smile. |

Hi,
I may be able to come tonight and try my new skates for the first time in the park.
I need to go home first to get them first though. So I may be a wee bit late.
