Is anyone up for an hour-long session at Hyde Park on Tuesday 29th & Thursday 31st March starting at 1845? - It is a great opportunity to make the most of the clocks changing.
I'll be out doing an hour of intervals. |

Tuesday is a possibility, followed by the LFNS RC
I can't do Thurs as it's my sister's birthday.
FYI - Regents Park is super smooth where it was super rough before...whilst it might not be as central as HP, it's another training venue option. |

| Tempting. Have to see how the knee goes and if my hydration levels are better post illness, but should be doable as a nice warm up to route check and/or LSS |

Hi EdP, I will aim to join you on both days, but only if it's dry.
Can you give more details as to the intervals that you are planning on doing?

Tempting...plan to be at HP on Thursday anyway for Mike's video review. Will see about Tuesday.
Mind you, I'm not likely to keep up with you so will wave as we pass! |

| I did about 45 minutes of laps this evening. I'm leading LFNS RC on Tuesday, will be out for that at 8pm. |
